With less than two months away from the second edition of the Appalachian Mountain Speedweek, the PA Speedweek Association is pleased to announce that Keizer Aluminum Wheels will return as the heat race sponsor in 2010. “When we were putting this speedweek together in the winter of 2008, I approached Scott Shaeffer to see if they might want to be involved in the inaugural season” said series competition director Kurt Smith. “They took a look at what we wanted to do and without hesitation, signed up right away not only with the heat race vouchers but also with product for the Champion. This year they have graciously expanded their sponsorship by giving away one wheel at each race to a randomly determined feature finisher in addition to supplying each heat race winner throughout the week with a $50 product voucher. Keizer wheels have added instant credibility to our series and we are extremely happy to have them aboard again this year” added Smith.

“Last year was a really neat deal and we were happy to be a part of it. It made great sense to partner up with the series again this year” said Keizer Aluminum Wheels representative Scott Shaeffer “This is going to be a really cool deal to help promote our late model wheel. We have a great relationship with a couple of the tracks that are hosting a race for this event and we wanted to do what we can to get the Keizer name out there” added Shaeffer.
